Why I Built Follow Steward
*Cue dramatic voice* We live in a world of engineered disposability. Our culture has shifted towards cheap goods that look like a bargain at the register, but quietly drain your wallet over time. It’s essentially a subscription fee to a landfill. (Gross!)
I couldn't find a tool that actually tracked the value of what I owned over time, rather than just the initial sting of the purchase. So I built Follow Steward; for me, and for you. It is designed to visualize the amortization of your assets, prove the math of 'buying once, crying once', and help you focus on lifetime value over initial sticker price. Get the most out of your things!
